Cancellation Policy

Booking and Payment Policy: -Payments are due in full at the time of booking to secure your session. -If you encounter financial constraints, please don't hesitate to reach out via email or social media. We're open to discussing flexible arrangements to ensure everyone can access our services. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: -We understand that plans may change. Refunds are honored for cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice. -Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session will forfeit payment. However, we're happy to accommodate rescheduling to find a convenient alternative time. Late Arrival Policy: -Please honor everyone's time by striving to arrive promptly for your scheduled session.
