Refunds are honored for cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice. -Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session will forfeit payment. However, we're happy to accommodate rescheduling to find a convenient alternative time. Late Arrival Policy: -Please honor everyone's time by striving to arrive promptly for your scheduled session. Your punctuality is appreciated and ensures that you receive the full benefit of the session. Confidentiality and Privacy: -Your privacy is sacred.
